  • Typical weekly gross revenue: $8,000–$12,000+.

  • Potential weekly driver net: approximately $2,500–$4,500, depending on expenses, miles, rates, and performance.

  • 1099 independent contractor position.

  • Payments every Friday, one week behind.

Earnings are estimates, not guarantees. Actual take-home income depends on operating expenses and performance.

Trucks & Lease

Drive newer 2025–2027 model trucks with flexible lease arrangements.

Walk-away lease with no long-term commitment. If the partnership works well, a truck purchase option may become available after approximately 2–3 months.

Passengers and pets are welcome.

Weekly Expenses

The fixed weekly expense is $2,400, covering truck rental, trailer rental, full truck and trailer maintenance, IFTA, ELD fees, cargo insurance, and physical damage insurance.

There are no additional repair charges for mechanical problems that aren't the driver's fault. Driver-caused damage is subject to insurance policy terms. Drivers pay 50% of roadside flat-tire repair costs.

Fuel cards are provided for convenient purchasing on the road.

Routes, Miles & Home Time

We target approximately 3,500 miles per week.

Drivers are asked to remain on the road for an initial three weeks. After that, home-time preferences can be discussed with dispatch.

You can take your truck home for up to seven days. Alternatively, park it at our yard free of charge, without additional parking charges or payments while it is parked there.

Routes cover much of the continental United States, generally excluding Oregon, Washington, Montana, and New York City unless the driver lives there.

Deposit & Payment Terms

A weekly deposit of $250 is collected until a total of $2,500 is reached.

Payments are made every Friday, one week behind.

24/7 Company Support

You're independent, but you're never without support.

DIJ Transco provides round-the-clock roadside assistance, dispatch, ELD assistance, safety department support, log assistance, and accounting support.

No forced dispatch. Drivers can discuss loads, routes, home time, preferences, and availability with their dispatcher.
